What You'll Do

As a Visual Designer at BCG, your main task will be collaborating with consulting teams to translate complex business concepts into visually compelling and clear design stories. You will:

• Work closely with consultant teams to develop creative concepts that clearly communicate strategic messages through visual storytelling.
• Lead the design process, from brief through execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and BCG's high quality standards.
• Produce creative visual solutions including, presentations, branding, infographics, web materials, prototypes, event collateral, and other visual assets for internal and client-facing projects.
• Present and articulate creative concepts confidently in front of stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to BCG brand guidelines and contribute to maintaining visual excellence.

You’re good at:

• Visual Storytelling & Design Versatility: Translating complex business ideas into clear, engaging narratives across various creative formats—print, digital, and interactive.
• Creative Collaboration: Thriving both independently and in team settings, supporting and presenting creative ideas confidently to clients.
• Structured Thinking: Leading and explaining structured creative workflows, aligning with client needs and expectations.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable working across mixed project types and fast-paced environments, adapting quickly and delivering quality outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 2–4 years in a design role (agency, corporate, or consulting), with a portfolio that shows variety and creativity.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or similar.
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; experience with Figma and Miro. Bonus if you have skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or digital illustration.
• Gen-AI Knowledge: Practical experience using Generative AI tools for content, image, or other design-related outputs.
• Design Foundation: Solid grasp of composition, typography, color, digital trends, and familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, technical expertise, and your ability to deliver high-quality design across various types of projects.
• Languages: Excellent English and Russian.
