A Day in the Life

At Enterprise Accounts (EA) & Integrated Health Solutions (IHS), our goal is to position Medtronic as the preferred partner for healthcare transformation by building long-term relationships with leading healthcare providers. As an EA&IHS Sales Analyst, reporting to the EurAsia EA&IHS Portfolio Management and Commercial Excellence Team, you will play a key role in managing data, reporting, and analytics across our portfolio. This role supports sales effectiveness and strategic decision-making through accurate, data driven insights on sales performance, market trends, and customer impact, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the EurAsia region.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Conduct data analysis leveraging different data sources, including sales data, customer survey insights, project management and impact data: collect, analyse, and interpret data
  • Provide data driven recommendations and actionable insights with the objective to continuously advance and refine our portfolio of offers, ensure attainment of growth objectives and continuous improvement of value delivery and value capture
  • Generate automated reports and dashboards related to the EA&IHS portfolio of offerings, including roll-out and training for the tools and related processes, creating team engagement
  • Support with data accuracy in the on-line sales system (Salesforce.com), with the administrative processes for sales operations and customer survey processes, as well as with documentation
  • Support with ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Make adjustments or recommend enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Computer Science, Math, or a related field
  • Experience in data analytics, PMO, or sales operations
  • Advanced understanding of data management tools and data extraction, proficient in working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to details and the capacity to think beyond the numbers, understanding how insights can shape business decisions
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and work independently with moderate supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a multicultural environment
  • Professional English required
