Job title: Senior Manufacturing and LEAN Program Leader

As a Senior Manufacturing Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement, innovation, and strategic growth within our high-volume manufacturing and business processes.

Your role:

  • Analyzing current manufacturing and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implementing breakthrough innovations and improvements in engineering technology and processes in collaboration with relevant functions.
  • Promoting Lean behavior across the organization and support other Philips production sites.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and define long-term strategies and goals.
  • Understanding and promoting the organization's cultural values.
  • Developing future needs in all areas of manufacturing, including digitalization, through technical leadership.
  • Networking globally within the industrial market sectors.
  • Providing entrepreneurial leadership of a manufacturing site based on financial KPIs.
  • Collaborating with R&D across the entire value stream.

  • You possess proven experience in the field of industrialization along with proven experience in managing production sites or similar facilities.
  • You have expertise in leading technological advancements and managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
  • You have knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in ensuring compliance.
  • You have proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You have deep understanding of specific production processes and technologies used in the factory, especially in high volume manufacturing and engineering.
  • You have experience cooperating with international markets and the ability to integrate global trends and best practices.

Additional Requirements:

  • You have university degree in Engineering and Business Administration.
  • Black Belt or Lean Master certification of advantage.

The minimum annual salary according to the Austrian Collective Agreement is

€ 79,204.72 gross with the willingness to overpay. The actual annual target salary is in line with the market and will be determined depending on your qualifications and experience.
