EY’s Global Learning function designs, develops and deploys technical and non-technical learning to EY professionals across the world to help them grow their skills and accelerate their careers. In the Business Partnering team, we are responsible for listening and advising stakeholders on their learning needs in order to create the content development plan for Global learning.

As a Consulting Learning Business Partner (Associate Director level), you will ensure our priority global learning solutions are delivered to an exceptional standard across EY. Your focus will be on parts of the Consulting portfolios and Stakeholders where you will work proactively to understand the direction of the practice, the required skills and knowledge of their people and to define and maintain effective learning curricula to enable their performance agenda.
The opportunity
You will work at the Executive level to define and manage the global learning curriculum for the Consulting Risk and Independence Learning portfolio, working with stakeholders to define global content development projects as necessary to achieve the required outcomes for EY. You will capture, assess and prioritize skills needs, to provide advice and determine the most effective solutions to enhance performance. In the role you will manage relationships with business stakeholders across the Consulting portfolio Risk and Independence in all Regions.

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $123,600 to $238,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $148,400 to $270,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
