What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a service advisor or customer service representative in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and listen to their service concerns
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
• Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates
• Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated on vehicle status
• Ensure exceptional customer service from check-in to vehicle delivery
