Dessert Holdings is looking for an HR Generalist to join our team based in London, Ontario. As a member of the Human Resources team, you are an energetic professional ready to take on new challenges and open to work in a very dynamic environment. As an HR Generalist, you have primary responsibilities in a variety of human resources activities such as employee relations, HR Compliance, Progressive Discipline, Attendance Management, WSIB Management, and HR project work.
Due to the Human Resources department's interface throughout the facility, the ability to share accurate information, develop positive relationships and foster high customer orientation, adapt, learn quickly and progressively take on new responsibility will be paramount to success in this role.
