The Position

Position Title: Proof-of-concept & Incubator Manager

working location: Hangzhou

• Proactively identify IHS business needs and opportunities, lead cross-functional team to analyze, develop, execute, communicate and evaluate relevant IHS program in assigned territory.
• Build up strategic partnerships with local IHS ecosystem key stakeholders, drive internal and external practice capabilities development, reinforce Roche’s external position as a scientific leader in the increasingly competitive and evolving personalized healthcare landscape
• Develop IHS program evaluation and communication mechanism, consistently optimize efficiencies of the assigned project; be accountable for the value deliveries and maximize positive business impact.
• With the agility to identify, foster, nurture, develop and boost best practice in assigned territory to serve IHS practice & maximize patient value in align with corporate IHS strategy. Broaden the application of innovative technologies and IHS healthcare solutions according to local clinical practice and medical needs.
• Responsible for appropriate resource planning in the teams to ensure activities results and impact deliveries and adherence to the company’s corporate policies, SOP and local regulations.

Your Opporunitity:

• Proactively identify clinical practice gaps and unmet medical needs in responsible IHS territorial
• Drive the development and clinical adoption of innovative technologies and therapies tailored to individual patients’ specific disease profiles in alignment with IHS strategy and objectives.
• Develop integrated project plan
• Secure resources for the implementation
• On behalf of the project team to engage senior management for support
• Timely evaluate project progress and deliverables and take actions if needed
• With the agility to identify, foster, nurture, develop and boost best practice in assigned territory to serve PHC practice & maximize patient value in align with corporate PHC strategy. Broaden the application of innovative technologies and PHC healthcare solutions according to local clinical practice and medical needs.
• Assist company PHC lead to develop and execute local IHS strategic and communication plan

Who you are:

Education and Qaulification

• Master's degree in Science, MBA is a plus
• Strong track record of marketing
• Reasonable competence and experience in people management
• English fluency
• Solid knowledge, and demonstrated experience of functional / leadership / general management
