As a key member of the APAC PEOPS (People Experience & Operations) team, the PEOPS Associate Supervisor will take ownership of end-to-end employee lifecycle operations management for Taiwan and Hong Kong markets, with primary accountability in payroll E2E management, benefits management, Total rewards operation (TR), and employee related cost management (ERC) and process improvement and compliance by liaising with key stakeholders.
