Overview
- Manage ELC services and execution of SLA regarding management of employee lifecycle. Support all employee services activities, related to onboarding, offboarding of associates, etc.
- Learn local & global systems and use them proficiently in work as local & global standardization required, including but not limited to EC/ Platinum/ Service Now/ Best Sign/ Gaia/ Power apps, etc.
Responsibilities
Complete the below Employee Lifecycle Process as per SLA requirement in terms of timeliness (no later than effective date or date required) and absolute accuracy.
Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding
- Collate and review collected employee information to trigger automated creation of GPID.
- Assign onboarding tasks to departments and send employee updates.
- Prepare labor contracts and other documentations.
- Arrange orientation schedule, agenda and conduct remote orientation.
Offboarding
- Confirm unused leave encashment, retrieval checklist etc.
- Deactivate social insurance accounts.
- Conduct Exit Interview (Telephonic) – Template driven.
- Perform final calculation (leave encashment etc).
- Generate separation letter and handover to employee.
- Coordinate for Archiving
People Move
- Raise position creation request.
- Prepare communication letter and send to employee for sign-off.
- Send employee updates.
HR Inquiry
- Offer HR inquiry service in time as SLA required, like Certification, Report, etc.
Notification
- Manage notification in time as SLA required.
- Contract renew notification/ Retirement notification/ probation review notification/ healthy card renew notification/ return notification/ relocation notification, etc.
P Filing
- Maintain e-copies of employee personnel files using online solution as required, sort hard copies where necessary.
- Perform filing and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
HR System
- Learn local & global systems and use them proficiently in work as local & global standardization required, including but not limited to EC/ Platinum/ Service Now/ Best Sign/ Gaia/ Power apps, etc.
Hotline
- Equipped with PepsiCo HR related knowledge, and answer hotline calls as required by schedule.
Others
- Other work assigned by lead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as HR Administration or HRIS
- Strong ability to develop positive relationships with partners
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong data management background who understands data, how to ingest data, proper data use/consumption, and data quality
- Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse priorities
