IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)

What does a successful Business Analyst do?

You will support the software development cycle, analyze complex processes, conceptualize client requirements in Output Management Systems, create concept documents, coordinate customer acceptance, and collaborate internally with our teams.

What you will do?

• Analysis and evaluation of customer requirement documents (internal / external) as a binding basis for the agreement of the project scope
• Detailed description of the targeted functional solution based on the business requirements in form of Business Solution Documents (BSD)
• Development of solution approaches based on standardized or already existing functionalities; and integration of the input of all teams involved in the creation of BSD
• Process / GAP-analysis including analysis and definition of technical and operational interfaces as well as analysis and definition of process flows of the business units involved
• Close cooperation with sales, IT departments, operations and test & training teams; be a contact person with regards to the topics covered and collaboratate on sub-/projects.
• Preparation of all necessary information for a detailed cost estimate
• Create release notes for the respective clients (internal/external) for documentation of or information on new functionalities
• Identify and analyse possible effects on existing customers, e.g. through the introduction of new functionalities.
• Regular alignment with colleagues in day-to-day business so that the solutions defined in the project can be integrated into existing functionalities

What you will need to have?

• University degree in economics and/or several years' professional experience in comparable activities and a thorough knowledge of cashless payment transactions
• German (fluent in spoken and written) and advanced/proficient English
• Experience in negotiations with external and internal customers
• Knowledge of business analysis and process definitions; and experience in the field of structured needs analysis/definition
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills; assertiveness as well as independent target- and solution-oriented work
• Several years of experience in project work
• Strong understanding of functional and technical contexts
• Social competence and ability to work in a team.

What will be nice to have:

• ADV+ and GANS specific knowledge desirable.

Diese Hauptaufgaben erwarten Sie:

• Analyse und Bewertung von Anforderungsdokumenten der Auftraggeber (intern / extern) als verbindliche Basis zur Vereinbarung des Projektscopes
• Detaillierte Beschreibung der angestrebten funktionalen Lösung auf Basis der Business Requirements in Form von BSDs (Business Solution Documents)
• Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen auf Basis standardisierter bzw. bereits vorhandener Funktionalitäten
• Integration des Inputs aller beteiligten Teams bei der Erstellung von BSDs
• Prozess-/GAP-analyse - analyse und Definition der technischen bzw. operativen Schnittstellen und analyse und Definition von Prozessabläufen der beteiligten Geschäftseinheiten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, IT-Departments, Operations sowie den Test- und Trainingsteams
• Aufbereiten aller notwendigen Informationen für eine detaillierte Aufwandschätzung
• Ansprechpartner hinsichtlich der betreuten Themengebiete
• Erstellen von Release-Information für die jeweiligen Auftraggeber (intern/extern) zur Dokumentation von bzw. Information über neue Funktionalitäten
• Mitarbeit an Teil-/ Projekten
• Regelmäßig Abstimmung mit den Kollegen im Tagesgeschäft, damit die im Projekt definierten Lösungen sich in bestehende Funktionalitäten integrieren.
• Identifizieren und analysieren von möglichen Auswirkungen auf Bestandskunden z.B. durch die Einführung neuer Funktionalitäten
• Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben.

Diese Anforderungen bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften) und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten sowie weitreichende Kenntnisse des bargeldlosen Zahlungsverkehrs
• Deutsch (fließend in Wort und Schrift) und verhandlungssicheres Englisch
• Erfahrung in Verhandlungen mit externen und internen Kunden
• Kenntnisse der betriebswirtschaftlichen Analyse und Prozessdefinitionen
• Erfahrung im Bereich der strukturierten Bedarfsanalyse/-definition
• Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektarbeit
• Durchsetzungsvermögen, sowie selbständiges ziel- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis funktionaler und technischer Kontexte
• Soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
• ADV+ und GANS spezifisches Kenntnisse wünschenswert.
