DUTIES
Rooms Secretary is responsible for providing full secretarial and administrative support under the guidance of Director of Rooms in accordance with the objectives, performances and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.

Customer Loyalty :
Takes minutes of major meetings as requested by DOR
DORの依頼に基づき議事録をとる。
Maintains appointment schedule for DOR for both inside and outside of the hotel

General Duties :
Maintains a comprehensive filing system for Rooms
宿泊部資料のファイリング
Must be well-versed with the hotel policies and updates Rooms Division Manual and Job Description for the most updated.

Records training records for the Rooms Division colleagues
宿泊部のトレーニング記録の管理
Ordering and maintaining office supplies for the team
備品管理
Executes Divisional induction for all new hire of Rooms Division
宿泊部の新入社員の部門オリエンテーション実施
Ensures the replies of guest comments are administrated within 48 hours

Requirements:
Japanese native with oral and written proficiency in English and Japanese
日本語を母語とし英語日本での業務遂行が出来る
Minimum 2 years as secretarial position preferred.
最低2年のセクレタリー経験
1 year as Rooms Operation and Opera PMS experience advantage
1年程度のホテル宿泊部でのオペレーション経験とPMS操作経験者優遇
