As part of Platform Solutions segment at Goldman Sachs, the Quality Assurance team works closely with our partners in Delivery and with the first, second and third lines of defense to ensure our processes are functioning as designed and we are advocates for consumers initiating billing error disputes and fraud.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, optimize, and maintain accurate, insightful reports and dashboards to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Ensure timely delivery of reporting and analytics to meet business deadlines and support critical decision-making processes
• Analyze large datasets and perform root cause analysis to identify trends and opportunities for actionable insights and process improvement
• Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create visualizations to track performance and operation effectiveness
• Ensure data quality, integrity and security across all reporting systems
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and ensure all reports are updated to reflect evolving compliance requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in consumer banking reporting or business intelligence field
• 1 - 3 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or a similar role
• Proficient in Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint. Ability to create/build reports and data visualizations
• Must be self-directed, detailed oriented, driven and ale to work independently in a team oriented and fast paced environments with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data clearly, collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams

PREFERRED LOCATIONS

• Proficient in SQL and/or interacting with structured data
• Expertise in structured data management and governance, including effective data transformation processes and efficient data modelling principles
• Experience in risk management, and understanding of banking regulations
