Job Description:
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of compensation and benefits. You'll support our Reward team by assisting with data analysis, report preparation, and project coordination, contributing directly to our efforts in HR solutions & tools expertise in compliance with the Airbus strategy for national and/or international labor, taxes, social security legislations and Airbus HR policies.
