Note: Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays
What You'll Do
- Responsible for coordinating and managing production within Processing Services operations.
- Manages equipment lines, maintenance vendors, inventory, and testing.
- Manages daily operations, creates department staffing plans, identifies ways to improve the way we work, drives incremental value, introduces efficiencies, manages critical vendors and completes standard work and control requirements.
- Develops and maintains strategies that achieve business performance goals, ensure quality at the source, and increase profitability.
- Assists with the development of policies, strategic planning, problem solving, and the management of annual business, budget, and continuity planning.
- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
- Manages business operations to ensure quality, cost, service level and productivity objectives are achieved.
- Aligns department goals and objectives with broader company goals.
- Communicates goals to staff in a straightforward and uncomplicated manner and explains how their efforts support overall objectives.
- Supports company initiatives and guides staff in new directions as initiatives are implemented.
- Ensures accountability for achieving results.
- Manages losses and inherent risks to customers and the company.
- Ensure business continuity and engages in contingency planning.
- Develops and executes strategic plans and objectives to impact business results.
- Partners with other functions and business units to review strategic initiatives.
- Analyzes reports, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implements operational strategies to increase performance.
- Manages and monitors suppliers and vendor maintenance relationships to ensure efficient and effective service is provided within budgetary limits.
- Analyzes critical functions within the department. Identifies opportunities and implements changes.
- Partners cross-functionally to address issues, share knowledge and best practices, and execute changes.
- Develops and maintains relationships with external vendors and recommends improvements to products and processes.
- Ensures compliance to regulations including federal, state, and company policies.
Qualifications You'll Need

- Bachelors Business Administration and Management
- 4+ years Leadership, Production, Operations, Process Management, including People Management, or related experience
- In Lieu of Education Experience: 6+ years Leadership, Production, Operations, Process Management, including People Management, or related experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
