The Position

Responsibilities

  • Builds stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, change readiness, capability and end-user training into project strategies and plans.
  • Oversee change management execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning acquisition.
  • In conjunction with HR and communications colleagues ensures employees receive information in a coordinated and sequenced manner.
  • Works with HR technology and vendors to optimize the user experience.
  • Partner with our knowledge experts to develop compelling and relevant assets for education and delivery with a specific focus on helping the organization adopt change.
  • Partner with external vendors to develop assets for medium to large-scale change initiatives.
  • Simplify complex information about our programs into digestible and compelling resources; ensuring pace of change meets the organization's needs.
  • Actively build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead/facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure understanding of the company culture, jointly develop adoption plans and identify success metrics.
  • Conducts post-project assessment to ensure successful assimilation and adoption of program into the organization, using Metrics and measures of success to drive continuous improvement.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Seven plus years of change management experience; preferably in HR.
  • Seven plus years of project management experience; preferably in HR.
  • Two plus years of experience within human resources business partner, compensation and/or employee benefits teams.
  • Outstanding execution and operational ability.
  • Experience operating independently, solving problems creatively, and delivering results in an organized manner.
  • Experience adjusting to rapidly changing business requirements and assisting in making decisions with limited information.
  • Experience with prioritizing and managing across multiple, often time-sensitive initiatives.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide or large-scale change initiatives, or the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi-phase change programs.
  • Experience in conducting change impact and readiness assessments.
  • Experience in building and executing targeted change communication strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to support project management.
  • Effective verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging and applying data to build a case for change or illustrate the business rationale behind key HR readiness activities.
  • Change Management Certification(s) (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) and Project Management Certification(s) (e.g., PMP) preferred.

The applicable salary range for this position in the U.S. is stated below. Benefits offered in the U.S. include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

Annualized Salary Range (US)

$125,400.00 - $213,100.00
