As a Sr. Manager for our Solutions Consulting team, you will manage a team of Solutions Consultants (pre-Sales) while working cross functionally with product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers, and other groups to ensure the successful execution of sales strategy into our largest and most strategic Communications + Manufacturing/High Tech accounts. Our SCs are technically savvy, customer centric, and experts in leveraging Pega's AI-powered decisioning capabilities to transform businesses!

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Act as a Player/Coach! Help a team of 6-8 Solutions Consultants present, listen, create architectures, demo solutions, discuss ideas and solve problems for Comms + MFG clients
• Partner with complex organizations to meet their strategic business goals by streamlining their critical operations to engage their customers across multiple channels using Pega's AI-powered customer engagement, workflow and legacy transformation solutions
• Prepare road maps focused on evaluating the current state and the transformation to the future state with Pega's cutting edge unified platform, highlighting how AI can accelerate digital transformation across all client segments
• Work closely with the Sales Team to create and deliver world class technical demonstrations that showcase Pega's AI capabilities for Comms and Manufacturing use cases such as intelligent supply chain optimization, customer service transformation, quality management, predictive maintenance, intelligent billing and personalized customer journeys
• Cultivate your team of direct reports through coaching, goal-setting, and performance management, with a focus on developing expertise in Comms + MFG/High Tech industry challenges

• Eager to help transform the digital landscape of Fortune 500 MFG + High Tech clients through intelligent automation and AI-driven decisioning

What You've Accomplished:

• 3+ years managing presales teams with a successful track record working with Fortune 500 Comms+ MFG clients through enterprise-like sales engagements
• Experience advising and managing a team of Solutions Consultants with a focus on manufacturing and high tech industry solutions
• Deep technical acumen with strong preference for CRM, BPM, and AI experience
• Delivered POCs and custom demonstrations that showcase how AI capabilities solve specific challenges in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, or high tech product development
• Provided thought leadership in technology with an emphasis on how AI is transforming manufacturing and high tech operations

For California-based roles, the salary hiring range is $180,000 - $220,000 annual on target earnings. Please keep in mind that the listed range is a general guideline. The actual total compensation will depend on factors like location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience.
