About the Role

The Product Manager I will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing, invoicing, and set up for the Driving Risk Violations product suite. Individuals in this role will own the processes associated to ensuring customers receive accurate invoices and will work with the broader team in supporting DRV strategy. They will have a solid understanding of the order to cash workflow within DRV and own processes throughout, from Opportunity to Invoice, including contract creation/review. They will represent the needs of the customer to the organization and will support and participate in the innovation and improvements within the product suite driving to overall Objectives.

This role will be hybrid from Alpharetta, GA - 3x a week in office.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: Engages directly with customers to understand needs, applies customer-centric frameworks, and stays informed on market and competitor trends to deliver on commitments.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis: Independently analyzes data using dashboards and tools to evaluate options and recommend actions with business impact in mind.
  • Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Supports go-to-market plans, collaborates with sales, contributes to marketing materials, and engages with customers at events and through issue resolution.
  • Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Leads roadmap execution for a feature area, prioritizes requirements, ensures quality through development tools, and drives process improvements.
  • Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Actively contributes to product strategy, aligns personal goals with business objectives, and understands the strategic impact of their role.
  • Practices Self-Development: Continuously seeks learning opportunities, acts on feedback, and invests in professional growth through reading, networking, and qualifications.

Requirements

  • Suggested Minimum Years of Product Management experience: 2-4 years
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with others to modify or maintain a product and identify technology challenges.
  • Demonstrated readiness to engage in customer engagements.
  • Demonstrated readiness to engage in work under minimal supervision.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
