You will be responsible for auditing all Customs entries performed by teammates. You will also process Customs entries by way of pre-keying of entries, learning of filing of customs entries, analyzing documents, accurately processing entries with US Customs and Border Protection and other duties related to customs entries. You will be reporting to Customs Brokerage Manager

How you create impact

• Determine work procedures and work schedules, expedite workflow and examines work for accuracy
• Process entries as needed (some set accounts but more focused on assisting others when out of office of volume spikes)
• Ensure that all entries are filed and processed in a timely manner and signing documents as attorney in fact
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. Customs and PGA’s laws and regulations
• Responsible for meeting key performance indicators
• Perform audits on transactions and ensure compliance to all customs brokerage transactions.
• Responding to client’s calls or questions and assist to resolve all queries and provide resolution at soonest
• Adhere to all US Customs Regulations and other regulatory agencies
• Administer all processes and ensure continuous improvement to all to provide optimal level of services to the customer both internal and external

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field like international trade, supply chain management,or business administration preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Customs Entry Writer role and Customer service
• Familiarity with both ocean/air import and export customs regulations
• Proficient in MS applications,spreadsheet skills (MS office suite)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Comfortable to work onsite 5 days per week and flexible in extending working hours as per Business needs

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
