Job Summary:

As a Data Insights & Audiences Senior Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, designing, and implementing marketing transformation solutions to optimize client business processes. Your typical day will involve conducting assessments, developing frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions in the digital marketing and analytics space.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of client’s current data management and Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities.
  • Provide recommendations on optimizing the current stack and develop use cases to improve utilization.
  • Strategize and build client’s digital marketing data management and analytics program for segmentation, personalization, and activation across digital channels.
  • Identify data sources and design data cleaning, transformation, and integration approaches for CDP.
  • Evaluate and recommend new ways of data management through CDP and its integration into the broader marketing technology landscape.
  • Plan and design digital analytics/clickstream data inclusion to customer 360 view and provide frameworks/solutions/roadmaps.
  • Partner with technology solution providers, client IT teams, and marketing agencies to deliver solutions.
  • Understand and convey the impact of regulations like CCPA, GDPR, and client-specific regulations on data management.
  • Design integrations between tools/platforms of different vendors/MarTech/AdTech components/data sources.
  • Stay updated with MarTech landscape and engage ecosystem players/vendors for best-in-class digital audience management capabilities.
  • Develop and manage a team of CDP specialists, including work allocation, project SME support, hiring, and training.
  • Drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the Martech, CDP, and digital marketing platform space.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Marketing Transformation, Digital Analytics, and Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, data management, data strategy, and data integration.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining marketing technology solutions, including CDP implementations.
  • Experience in debugging and troubleshooting digital analytics and marketing platforms.
  • Experience in working with MarTech tools like Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google 360, and Sprinklr.
  • Techno-functional and project management experience

Additional Information:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business management or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in marketing transformation and analytics.
  • This position is based at our Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, or Pune office.
  • Good consulting, techno-functional and project management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • At least 6-7 years of hands-on functional consulting experience preferably in Braze marketing processes, campaign lifecycles, and integration with other MarTech platforms implementation with deep functional, industry and client facing experience
  • MBA from a tier 1 or 2 college
