RAC Karri Valley Resort is looking for a Front Office Attendant. RAC Karri Valley Resort is located in the beautiful Southwest region of WA, approximately 3.5 hours’ drive from Perth and 15 minutes from Pemberton. The resort offers a range of accommodation to suit all travellers, including stunning lakeside rooms, forest chalets, and campsites. The resort is located on the edge of Lake Beedelup and surrounded by Karri trees in the Beedelup National Park.

What will you be doing?

• Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm Welcome to the Park, and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
• Answering incoming phone calls and aiding over the phone and via email.
• Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the Park, including school groups, weddings and events.
• Assisting with the operations of the Park.

What are we looking for in you?

• Previous experience in reception in a caravan park or accommodation.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Previous experience in administration highly regarded.
• Previous experience using NewBook or other guest reservation software highly regarded but not essential.
