Purpose

To ensure smooth execution of our recruiting operations in the new 12twenty platform, we have identified a critical operational need focused on three core areas: event moderation, on-campus interviews (OCI) moderation, and platform moderation.

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities: Event Operations and Mazevo Moderation. Align room scheduling in Mazevo for employer events. Coordinate logistics and resolve scheduling issues. Support employer events such as info sessions, coffee chats, and tabling o Support on-campus interviews in the suite OCI Moderation. Build and manage OCI schedules within 12twenty. Manage and moderate OCI rounds within 12twenty forward to a Career Service Office if a college is designated.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employer OCI questions and logistics. Monitor deadlines and ensure processes are followed 12twenty Event Moderation. Review and approve employer-submitted events in 12twenty (virtual and in person). Ensure alignment with UT policies and room availability if needed. Forward new event requests to the Career Service Offices if a college is designated. Flag issues for follow-up with the Employer Success team. Support managing the internal requests/ticketing system for 12twenty.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree. Five (5) years of business development experience. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume scheduling and logistics Excellent attention to detail and ability to track multiple deadlines and processes Professional communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with employers, staff, and students Customer-service orientation with a problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and follow established procedures Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and virtual communication platforms. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in recruiting coordination, career services, event planning, or administrative support roles. Familiarity with platforms such as 12twenty and Mazevo or similar scheduling and CRM systems. Understanding of on-campus interviewing (OCI) or university-employer engagement processes. Experience triaging requests or managing ticketing workflows in a fast-paced environment.

$25.00

Work Shift

  • Hours per week - 35
  • Work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • The role may flex in hours depending on the recruiting season.

Employment Eligibility:

Retirement Plan Eligibility:

The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
