In a nutshell

At Virgin Atlantic, we believe everyone can take on the world. As we continue our journey to become the most loved travel company, we’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our Delhi-based team as Customer Centre Advisor.

In this exciting role, you’ll be the voice of Virgin Atlantic, handling inbound calls from new and existing customers. Whether it’s booking flights, resolving queries, or supporting our frequent flyers, you’ll deliver effortless, memorable experiences that reflect our brand values. You’ll also support ticketing for INR currency and schedule changes with our codeshare partner, IndiGo, and occasionally assist customers face-to-face at our local office.

Day to day

  • Handle inbound calls and provide expert support on bookings, queries, and customer needs.
  • Deliver exceptional service in both English and Hindi, ensuring every customer feels valued.
  • Issue tickets for Virgin Atlantic and partner airline IndiGo, including schedule change support.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates on customer accounts and bookings.
  • Support front desk operations and assist with in-person customer queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and policy changes to provide the best advice.

About you

Are you a confident communicator both verbal and written with a passion for helping people? Do you have previous experience in a customer service travel-related role or a Diploma in Travel & Tourism? Then this could be the role for you.

Alongside the above, we’re looking for someone with:

  • Fluency in both English and Hindi
  • A friendly, personable telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • A customer-first mindset with a drive to deliver high-quality service
  • Good numeracy and problem-solving skills
  • PC literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • The right to live and work in India
