Role Name: Automations Senior Developer
Purpose: To drive the successful execution of Automation projects with a specific range of technologies within the Enterprise Automation team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering operational excellence.
What This Role Will Be Doing:
The Automation Senior Developer plays a critical role in managing and executing Automation projects, emphasizing people management and fostering an innovative team environment. This position ensures alignment with strategic goals while overseeing diverse technical squads within the Automation team.
As a key driver of enterprise-wide transformational change, the Senior Developer builds strong cross-functional relationships to integrate Automation initiatives seamlessly. The role involves guiding projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery within scope and quality standards. By cultivating a culture of productivity and innovation, the Senior Developer strengthens the organization’s strategic capabilities.
This resource must demonstrate strong hands-on technical expertise and exceptional communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. They must effectively blend technological foundations with a broad understanding of business objectives. Collaboration with Business Analysts, Architects, Operations and Platform teams, as well as external stakeholders, is essential for successful project integration. The role also involves vendor management to ensure effective partner contributions.
The Senior Developer must be a change advocate, promoting innovative practices and new ways of working across teams and processes while keeping senior leadership appraised regularly on project status and risks.
