Description and Requirements

We are seeking a versatile Technical Content Creator & Industrial Designer to join our global training team. In this role, you will create engaging, visually impactful, and technically accurate learning content that enables our presales and specialty sales teams to effectively position, solution and price our services portfolio and quantify the business impact of the solution to our customers.

Our portfolio includes advisory, design, implementation, deployment, management, and as-a-Service (aaS) offerings.

This is a strategic role that bridges technical storytelling, instructional design, and industrial-level content creation. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, solution architects, and field practitioners to translate complex service offerings into compelling learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging, technically accurate training content (e-learning, videos, diagrams, workshops) for presales and specialty sales teams
• Translate complex IT service offerings into clear, visual, and practical learning experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and sales strategies
• Create materials that support pricing models, customer journeys, and solution positioning
• Use design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Figma, Articulate) to produce high-quality, modular content adaptable to various formats
• Continuously improve content based on learner feedback, analytics, and evolving service offerings
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment with strong attention to detail and user experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role involving technical content creation, instructional design, or industrial learning content.
• Solid understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, and enterprise infrastructure (experience with aaS or managed services a plus).
• Familiarity with technologies like virtualization, cloud computing, AI, endpoint management.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics into consumable and practical content.
• Proficiency with design and content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Articulate 360, Camtasia, or similar.
• Strong visual storytelling and information design skills and experience creating learning materials for presales or technical sales

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with global training teams or enablement organizations in the IT industry.
• Familiarity with service design methodologies and sales frameworks (e.g., solution selling, consultative selling).
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2 500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
