Description:What You Will Be Doing:

The Digital Sustainment and Analytics Integration Office is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Lead Operations Integrator, supporting Business Operations and tempo across the DSA Directorate areas of responsibility, impacting an estimated 500 individuals. This position reports to the Integration Office Manager as the Technical Lead for the Integration Office and supports the DSA Director in day to day operations of the team and execution of the recurring internal operations business rhythm.

This position will require a highly motivated and highly organized self starter with a strong desire for leadership, adept at managing multiple and changing priorities and driving initiatives to closure with process development and implementation.

The selected candidate can expect opportunity for growth and leadership exposure and is expected to work with senior leadership across DSA and may even include leadership across Sustainment Operations.

Experience in the following areas:

  • Project management experience
  • Ability to multitask and adjust priorities as needed
  • Experience leading initiatives or large team dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to present or brief senior leadership and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and integrate actions across diverse group of teams and leaders, driving action plans to closure
  • Process Improvement
  • Metric Reporting and Analysis

Desired Skills:

  • Critical thinking for process and metric development
  • Vemo tool experience and Workforce Management
  • HUB Tool Administration Experience a Plus
  • Experienced in implementing Lean Methodologies
  • Organizational Change or Alignment Exposure
  • Earned Value Management System Experience
  • Recurring Business Rhythm Coordination and Administration
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizations while supporting and taking on tasks of increasing complexity
  • Demonstrated Team Leadership and development

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
