Raytheon is seeking a Development Program Manager (PM), for the Advanced Common Products (ACP) organization within the Naval Power SBU. This role will report to the Advanced Common Products Sr. Director and is responsible for the execution of Ultra Development and integrated hand-off to the Production Director during Transition to Production (T2P). This role is also responsible for proposal efforts, growth strategies, and managing technical refreshes for the portfolio.
The Development PM leads and manages all Ultra development activities. This role is the first point of contact for PM's across other SBU's that have new programs that require Ultra. The Development PM plays a critical role in educating SBU PM's and their respective customers about constraints tied to utilization of Ultra, including the unique financial structure, required execution agreements, schedule and material, and various capabilities across multiple Ultra variants.
The Development PM drives continuous process improvement while developing, recommending, and deploying best practices/strategies to bridge development and production stakeholders. The Ultra Development PM serves as a liaison to leverage functional expertise and implement efficient and effective PM solutions. This work includes managing work across multiple SBUs and identifying solutions for conflicts and issues with Program Director level leadership.
The Development PM generates budgets and EACs, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), executes to contract performance requirements within cost and schedule, and provides accurate and timely reporting of deliverable items per contract requirements. These are required to support the SBUs in their development efforts of products that utilize Ultra electronics.
Additional duties include BOM development, tracking of contract financial performance, and leading and/or participating in special projects for problem solution development.
The Development PM collaborates with SBU leadership and growth teams to identify and implement growth goals and strategy development for the portfolio, tracks progress to goals and drives synergy and alignment across programs.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
