About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Owner to join the Customer Interactions Tribe and drive transformation and innovation in the Ordering area.
About Us
The Customer Interactions (CI) Tribe is a 130+ people organization split across two main sites: La Hulpe, Belgium and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We build and support the tools through which Swift and our customers interact – including our websites, order to fulfillment applications, support tools, Swift event platform, self-service, and customer master data solutions.
Role Overview
As a Product Owner, you will be accountable for the end-to-end execution of the lifecycle of a product. You will drive the definition of a vision for the product, the associated roadmap, and prioritize the product backlog accordingly. Reporting to a Business Lead, you will act as the primary liaison between your squad and the stakeholders, balancing their needs and expectations in line with the CI tribe North Star principles and business ambitions. Your role entails building strong relationships with teams across different time zones and establishing efficient working relationships with other teams, along with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
Your role will be as well to lead the transformation of the ordering front-end solution exposed to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a visionary person who can ensure alignment with evolving business needs, Swift objectives, digital transformation and industry trends. The person must be able to understand the value and business capabilities of ordering , connect the dots with the current Simplify program but as well with all the upstream and downstream processes and put the customer needs as the prime focus.
