TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Lead the implementation of OnePSS at the site, ensuring the effective management of practice communities (5S, Teamwork, Visual Management, Focused Improvement, Asset Care, OneMS) and their integration with operations.
  • Assess risks and change impacts, developing mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Design and implement change and communication strategies, ensuring employee and leadership engagement.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of change management, onePSS and oneMS training programs and materials, with a focus on equipping employees with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Develop key messages and communication materials to strengthen understanding and acceptance of changes at all levels of the organization.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, promoting their involvement in organizational transformation.
  • Conduct cultural diagnostics and impact assessments, identifying resistance and developing strategies to manage it.
  • Apply Lean Change Management and agile methodologies, fostering continuous iteration, data-driven decision-making, and active team participation.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Foster a culture of change readiness and resilience, ensuring the sustainable adoption of new work practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving, leveraging methodologies such as A3, Kaizen, and DMAIC.
  • Manage manufacturing optimization projects, focusing on safety, quality, cost, and service improvements.
  • Oversee the Lean Six Sigma certification program, driving the development of competencies within the team.
  • Ensure alignment of implementation strategies with global objectives and operational excellence practices.
  • Act as an SME in Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management, ensuring their correct application across operations.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and strategic projects, optimizing production processes and eliminating inefficiencies.
  • Develop standardized models to identify improvement opportunities and define concrete action plans.
  • Apply project management methodologies, ensuring proper planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, ensuring integration across all site operations.
  • Evaluate operational processes using tools such as Kaizen, VSM, and TPM, optimizing resources and reducing waste.
  • Manage the internal trainers’ network, ensuring training in key methodologies and talent development.
  • Design training programs on Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving, strengthening team capabilities.
  • Implement coaching and situational leadership strategies, ensuring the development of key competencies.
  • Develop and drive a recognition and rewards program, encouraging participation in improvement initiatives.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, measuring the impact of improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Continuously assess change impact, adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback and data, optimizing transformation strategies.
  • Facilitate progress review sessions, ensuring initiative alignment with strategic objectives.

WHO YOU ARE

  • B.S. degree in Engineering or any related discipline with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Experience in operational excellence methodologies, change management, continuous improvement, and project management.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management (Prosci) is preferred.
