Job Title: Technical Writer

Job Description

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Technical Writer for their expansion project, specifically tied to the warehouse and inventory management process. The successful candidate will transcribe and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that will be essential for day-to-day operations once the warehouse is operational.

Responsibilities

  • Transcribe and create SOPs for warehouse and inventory management processes.
  • Utilize GMP format in technical writing.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Operate within SAP or other inventory management systems.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in technical writing using templates.
  • Experience in SOP creation.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work creatively and contribute to proprietary projects.

Work Environment

The position is on-site in Clayton, operating Monday to Friday during normal business hours. The work environment includes working on a construction site with trailers, requiring comfort in such conditions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
