Your Position:
Performs warranty claims processing and provides work direction to warranty claims processors. This level provides input in developing the training for claims processing enhancements. Works with one product line and/or components of low to moderate complexity. Has authority to process claims up to $30,000. Resolves general inquiries from warranty DTAC. Processes general administrative requests for warranty reimbursement.
