Technical Operations Communications Coordinator

Technical Support Operations helps the people who put our customers back on the road. Our team provides expert technical assistance to service technicians via field service engineers, training, recognition and a technical support hotline. As part of the service and engineering operations in the Ford Customer Service Division, we’re a crucial foundation for the customer and dealer relationship.

What you'll do...

The Technical Operations Communications Coordinator will interface between the Technical Field Operations (TFO) General Office team and dealer technicians. In this position the communications coordinator will coordinate many key activities related to the Technical Support Operations (TSO) business including TSO communications, Dealer Communications, and Business planning meetings.

• Coordinate and deliver TSO Communications internally and with the dealers
• Launch 2-way communication with dealer technicians
• Support coordination of TFO National Meetings and planning meetings
• Serve as TSO SharePoint Product Owner
• Support Monthly TFO Metrics and project plan reporting
• Provide monthly management PowerPoint deck support

This position is hybrid in Allen Park, Mi.

You'll have...

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ Years of prior communication experience
• 1+ years of professional experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft Teams

Even better, you may have...

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in varying areas of the organization (Senior leadership, Dealers and Field Team). Possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all actions.
• Previous automotive dealer experience

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 .
