The Securities Services Operations Analyst is a part of the Shared Services Corporate Actions team, which provides operational support to UMB's fast-growing Corporate Trust and Institutional Custody departments. Within the Shared Services environment, this team interacts with various internal partners to announce corporate action events, gather elections, process payments, provide subject matter expertise, and other duties as assigned. With our robust training to provide extensive UMB and financial knowledge, the team provides a high level of service to our internal & external partners.

The Shared Services team is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. Associates are supported and encouraged to work with their manager to develop roadmaps for opportunity within Operations and beyond.

• Must be willing to be in the office when needed for items requiring physical documentation (generally 3 days/week). Large cubical environment-must be able to work in close proximity to other associates.

How you’ll spend your time:

• You will perform moderately complex financial calculations and/or processing related to bank operations or securities.
• You will perform quality review of associate work
• You will review and release corporate action announcements
• You will reconcile and apply corporate action payments to client accounts

• You possess a college degree
• You have at least two years of financial services experience
• You have securities processing experience
• OR any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

Compensation Range:

$44,790.00 - $86,510.00
