This role is a member of the lead team of the Adoption Center organization within Delivery Support & Insights. This position will be key leader on the team in designing activities that help to iterate and scale the optimal business process to achieve expected business outcomes as new capabilities are delivered and adopted by the business.
The focus of this role is to drive awareness and influence quick resolution of defects & issues as capabilities are being delivered to the business; ultimately increasing the speed of adoption by enabling quicker decision making.
Activities will include regular meetings with teams within the Adoption Center as well as technology and operations teams to ensure issues are being identified, tracked, and acted upon by technology as quickly as possible. Often being the one to challenge both tech and business to think through all sides of an issue to ensure the proposed solution and prioritization of fixes across multiple issues is considered to keep the value of the overall project on target against expected timeline/goals.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with data analysis, process improvement, test & learn methods, designing and maintaining findings, implementing new automation, assisting in the development and enhancement of processes, and analyzing results to improve better outcomes.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,000 - 160,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
