Job Summary
This role is responsible for securing the quality and consistency of marketing execution of all Alliance teams. In addition, this role will be in charge of generating independent data-based insight to facilitate the business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate data-based insight to understand the current situation with root-cause and to develop solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate performance assessment and propose action plans
- Validate and align the consistency across leverage points, strategic imperatives, marketing activities and outcome metrics
- Develop and deploy tracking mechanism to ensure the marketing activities under strategic imperatives are well executed as planned
- Analyze the impact of marketing activities to facilitate the “demo to scale-up” decisions
- Own BU-level strategic initiatives to create synergies (e.g. patient solutions)
Qualifications
- University degree in marketing, analytics, business or other professional areas
- Master’s degree, consulting experience, or pharmaceutical working experience in Marketing and NPP is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and data analytic capability in complex context
- Capable of working effectively across dynamic organizations and diversified culture
