  • About the Role** As a Senior Operations Manager in the Financial Business Group, you will help shape and drive Uber’s financial products in Latin America, driving financial contribution and engagement impact among drivers, couriers and merchants by understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored, competitive financial solutions. You will manage end-to-end operations, including working with external partners, analyzing and reporting data, creating communications and shaping the plan to make the programs successful. You'll work on both strategy and implementation, requiring a blend of problem-solving, data analysis, market insight, and stakeholder management, while collaborating across Mobility, Delivery, Strategy & Planning, Business Development, Legal, Data Science and Tech teams. **What you will do:** 1. **Problem Solving & Strategy:** Use logic, data, and root-cause analysis to solve complex issues and prioritize impactful initiatives with clear timelines. 2. **Project & Stakeholder Management:** Lead cross-functional projects, define goals, and manage stakeholders across levels and geographies. 3. **Analytics & Performance Tracking:** Define key metrics, analyze product and campaign performance, generate insights, and guide decisions. 4. **Product & Process Improvement:** Drive feature enhancements and process optimization to deliver a seamless financial product experience. 5. **Ownership & Execution:** Take full ownership of financial product growth in LatAm, proactively resolving challenges and driving high-quality service. 6. **CRM & Lifecycle Management:** Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to execute campaigns that boost adoption, engagement, and retention. **Basic Qualifications** 1. Prior experience in strategic planning, business operations, project/program management. 2. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills (including SQL and Excel/Sheets proficiency) 3. Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret key metrics and connect them to operational and strategic implications 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities 5. Proven project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities 6. High comfort managing multiple priorities and working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous and dynamic environment. English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications** 1. Spanish proficiency 2. Experience or familiarity within financial services (e.g., loans, credit solutions, card/wallet management, etc).
