The Implementation Associate is a key role within the Professional Services team, designed for individuals with foundational experience in banking, SaaS, or consulting who are eager to grow into a full Implementation Consultant position. In this role, you'll support the successful delivery of client implementations by assisting with product configuration, gathering requirements, and contributing to project execution.
This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, and Client Education teams. We're looking for driven, detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about finance and technology and excited to develop the skills necessary for long-term success in SaaS implementations. Applicants may choose to work remote or office based in Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX.
