Position: Recruitment Assistant

Based: Łódź, Poland

6 month fixed-term contract

Reporting to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring that open positions are posted on internal and external career sites, job boards and social media through to the McCormick careers portal.
  • Managing the interview booking process and coordinates logistics like: booking meeting rooms and scheduling interviews with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ensuring maintenance of candidate database, uploading of candidate details/CV to the database.
  • Responding to incoming telephone enquiries from clients and candidates and offering support (where able) in the absence of Talent Acquisition members. Managing the speculative application process.
  • Supporting TA Business Partners in partnering with hiring managers through recruitment process, as needed, from alignment meeting through candidate sourcing and screening to offer stage.
  • Initiate and build relationships through the process as well as directly source candidates through various channels.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • University graduate preferred.
  • Experience in recruitment or in administrative support / client support would be a plus.
  • MS Office knowledge.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize projects and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to timely respond to customer inquiries with favourable resolutions.
  • Willingness to take ownership of given tasks.
  • Adaptable individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Fluent English required. French would be a distinct advantage.
