Your role at Sephora:
As a Director, HR Systems and Technologies at Sephora, you will: Plan, initiate, and manage human resources information technology projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope, and the broader business strategy. Lead key HR IT system and software upgrade projects related to Human Resources Information Systems, Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll functions. Leverage knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors software to help guide business leaders and technical staff in identifying and understanding both the business and technical requirements needed to successfully implement cloud-based and on-premise HRIS and HCM initiatives within a pre-defined enterprise HR technology roadmap. [Working from home in the United States is permitted.]

Salary: $168,400 to $243,300 per year depending on experience.
