Es responsable de asegurar la instalación de las prácticas institucionales de Adquisición de Talento, desarrolla alianzas en la región con instituciones educativas y con fuentes de reclutamiento, asegura que las propuestas de trabajo sean apegadas a los niveles de compensación establecidos (de acuerdo al nivel del puesto y tabulador de territorio), gestiona procesos de reclutamiento de vacantes internas y externas para asegurar la cobertura de la plantilla, participa en ferias de empleo y eventos para mejorar marca empleadora.
