We’re looking for a results-driven, strategically minded Global Content Syndication Manager to lead and optimize our global content syndication programs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality, consistent product content delivery across all syndication channels—both first party (1P) and third-party (3P). This is a pivotal position that blends governance, stakeholder collaboration, data quality, and strategic roadmap execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Global Syndication Governance: Develop, own, and lead cross-functional governance for 1P and 3P content syndication initiatives across regions and business units.
  • Be the Central Liaison: Act as the main contact for Global IT, MCM, and data model teams, ensuring clear alignment on processes and system capabilities.
  • Champion Data Model Enhancements: Collect and prioritize customer-driven input to continuously improve our product data model.
  • Own the Syndication Roadmap: Define, plan, and execute a scalable roadmap for content syndication to ensure reliable and efficient delivery across digital shelves.
  • Ensure Content Completeness: Take ownership of the completeness, accuracy, and performance (fill rate) of syndication tools, including business rule implementation.
  • Lead Legacy Portfolio Optimization: Collaborate with Business Units and E-Commerce teams to elevate the quality of product data and assets for the legacy portfolio.

More about you:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • You have proven experience managing content syndication programs in a global, cross-functional setting.
  • You’re a systems thinker with a strong understanding of product data models, content tools, and digital shelf requirements.
  • You excel at stakeholder collaboration, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
  • You have excellent project management skills and are confident navigating governance frameworks.
  • You’re passionate about data quality, content accuracy, and delivering customer-centric digital experiences. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
