Job Summary:
Coordinate and identify suppliers of product, negotiate price and quantity terms and establish long-term contracts to ensure adequate supply of high quality products for Foodservice Distribution at competitive prices. Maintain established service levels for product in-stock. Assist with special order requests. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
1 - 3 years experience required in Purchasing (produce products) or related area within foodservice industry.
Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
This position requires the following actions (physical activity) with more than 20 pounds on more than an occasional basis: lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying.
Able to work in multi-temperature environments.

Bachelors degree is Business, Supply Chain Management or related area.
3 - 5 years experience preferred in Business, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing (produce products) or related area within foodservice industry.
