What you will do
Please note this role requires a rotating shift pattern of 2 days/2 nights/4 days off.
Based in one of our Customer Monitoring Centres in Manchester, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Whether handling account queries, providing technical support, or responding to live monitoring needs, you will build strong relationships and take full ownership of every enquiry.
