Your team
The Unified Global Markets COO team plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales strategy that enhances our client experience. We are responsible for the formulation, implementation, and support of initiatives and processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness of our Unified Global Markets organization. Our diverse team supports sales and trading teams, with a focus on front-to-back controls, ensuring a seamless integration of our strategic goals with operational excellence. As part of our mission, we collaborate closely with business leadership, sales and trading teams, and control/support functions. The role offers a broad exposure to the Unified Global Markets business. This role enables the individual to create impactful solutions, support business growth, and optimize the client journey at every touch point.

Salary information
US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $150000 to $187500 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
