We are seeking a Senior Member to join our Americas Unified Global Markets COO team, where you will play a key role in supporting the execution of strategic initiatives that shape the sales and business operations. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, apply your problem-solving skills to streamline processes, and contribute to driving the overall efficiency of the business. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• work with senior members within the Unified Global Markets COO team to help develop innovative strategies to drive implementation of key projects and initiatives, to transform our Trading and Sales function and enhance our controls environment
• drive efficiency and growth through scalability and automation
• gain significant exposure across global markets products and related support/control functions
• enhancing the client experience and sales productivity by improving F2B efficiency
• collaborate with all the related F2B teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of strategy
• identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, adhering to regulatory and operational risk standards
• provide business input to senior stakeholders about business performance, risk indicators and control assessments

• New York: the salary range for this role is $150000 to $187500

Your team

The Unified Global Markets COO team plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales strategy that enhances our client experience. We are responsible for the formulation, implementation, and support of initiatives and processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness of our Unified Global Markets organization. Our diverse team supports sales and trading teams, with a focus on front-to-back controls, ensuring a seamless integration of our strategic goals with operational excellence. As part of our mission, we collaborate closely with business leadership, sales and trading teams, and control/support functions. The role offers a broad exposure to the Unified Global Markets business. This role enables the individual to create impactful solutions, support business growth, and optimize the client journey at every touch point.

Your expertise

• ideally 5-7 yrs or more experience with experience on regulatory implementation, risk, and controls

knowledge of financial products including fixed income, equity and structured derivatives products

• analytical skills; proficiency in excel, power point. Knowledge of Alteryx and/or PowerBI is an advantage
• critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive change
• communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• positive attitude with ‘can-do’ approach
• focus, drive and commitment to drive success of the team/firm
• ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Salary information
