Job Description

As a Sr ISC Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Integrated Supply Chain operations within the Aerospace Technologies sector. Your leadership will drive operational excellence and efficiency, ensuring that our supply chain processes meet the demands of our innovative aerospace products.

You will report directly to our Senior Plant Director and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by enhancing supply chain performance, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction through effective management of resources and processes. This position will leading the machine shop at Honeywell’s largest aerospace repair and overhaul center.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize supply chain performance and efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of supply chain initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in operations.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management tools and technologies, including ERP systems.
  • Ability to lead and large team
