Are you a data-driven individual passionate about the media industry? Join our Global Commercial team as a Senior Analyst and gain hands-on experience analysing multi-million-dollar contracts for some of the world's most recognisable brands.
This exciting role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and project coordination within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Analysis & Reporting
Collect, cleanse, analyse and present commercial data and summarise key findings which may include creating graphs and presentations.
Maintain and own internal databases and trackers, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and integrity.
Ensure timely completion of reporting in line with deadlines.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with market teams to collect, consolidate, and analyse key financial and commercial data.
Develop a strong understanding of client contracts, including remuneration models, contractual structures (local vs. global), billing structures, payment terms, and performance-related fees.
Support commercial managers in client meetings.
Business Growth & Compliance:
Assist in the development of commercial proposals for new business opportunities. Accountability for all information requests and consolidation.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and support to commercial managers and the wider team as required.
Skills and Behaviours:
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns and draw conclusions from data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and highly motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g., revenue, costs, and profit).
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree and / or equivalent practical experience in data analysis, finance, business or a related field. At least one year's experience in an office or customer facing environment.
