Primary responsibility is to collaborate with Product Managers to support new Connected Car products/feature development and act as a liaison between product management and engineering teams. Understand who the customers are and what they care about, using research, interviews, competitive analysis, and other tools to help identify what resonates best with them and serve as subject matter expert transferring knowledge about markets, users and products to the product management team. Translate the knowledge into value proposition for the product to clearly articulate advantage over competitors to the market.
Create product content, such as sales and specification documentation. In addition, case studies, website copy, product videos, catalogs, web pages, and educational articles that articulate the benefits of our products to the world. Ensure that all product content is accurate and error-free across the functions of the organization.
1st Priority - 25%
Work closely with Product Managers to create and maintain a product backlog by assessing the business impact. Support the product release plans and expectation setting for delivery of new functionalities.
Elaborate user stories for new features, assess value, develop cases, prioritize user stories, by aligning with product strategy, vision and growth opportunities.
2nd Priority - 25%
Collaborate with product management team and support new product/feature development including concept development, business process documentation, coordination with internal teams and proposal preparation for presentation to the management.
Support existing connected car products by constantly tracking customer issues and improve the resolution time. Identify issues that can be translated into product improvements and provide recommendation to the product managers.
Develop the competitive product comparison guide for use in positioning against similar offerings from other organizations.
3rd Priority - 20%
Collaborate with cross functional teams to produce and maintain, uniform and relevant content for target buyers aligning with the product launch timelines.
Support content development that can be used on product web pages, in marketing collateral, dealer shows and demo videos.
4th Priority - 15%
Proactively identify opportunities and execute campaigns through tools like Adobe Campaign, including understanding new campaign requirements, quality control and production execution. Track and monitor campaign results, resolve issues and report status to the product management team.
5th Priority - 15%
Proactively identify areas for market and customer research and coordinate with research team to gather data and insight about target personas, user experience, product needs, customer pain points, loyalty and the purchasing decision process for the product.
Conduct customer, dealer personnel interviews (win/loss, product improvements).
Position Requirements:
Excellent communication skills required (written and oral)
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task, juggle competing demands, prioritize and work with other team members at all levels within the company.
Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality on all matters
Knowledge of automotive product planning, dealership sales and service processes is a plus

Pay Range
$87,317 - $121,409
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
