About the Role:

As a Dispatch Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating field installations, supporting technicians, and ensuring smooth operations across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign installation work to field technicians using internal systems
  • Provide logistical and real-time support to technicians onsite
  • Monitor workflow and reassign tasks as needed to balance workloads
  • Analyze service orders and repair tickets to ensure accurate dispatching
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and internal teams
  • Ensure all service orders are processed with precision

Required Qualifications:

  • ???? 1+ year of experience providing customer support over the phone
  • ????️ 1+ year supporting field technicians during installations
  • ???? Strong user-level experience with Microsoft Excel
  • ???? High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of relevant experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $22.00/hr.
