CTG is seeking a skilled Integration Developer – FIN with deep experience in Infor Lawson ERP systems to support financial application integrations, data exchanges, and automation across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, maintaining, and optimizing integration solutions in support of finance operations, with a focus on performance, data integrity, and compliance.

Contract Length: 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between Infor Lawson Financials and internal/external systems, including payroll, procurement, banking, and reporting systems.
  • Build and maintain APIs, web services, and data interfaces using tools such as Infor ION, Infor Process Automation (IPA), and Lawson Process Flow.
  • Develop and manage ETL processes for financial data movement and transformation using tools such as Cloverleaf, Mirth, or SQL-based solutions.
  • Ensure secure, reliable data exchange in accordance with organizational standards and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA).
  • Collaborate with functional finance and accounting teams to gather integration requirements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including data mapping, interface specifications, and workflow diagrams.
  • Support Lawson system upgrades, patches, and migration projects with a focus on integration continuity.
  • Participate in incident management and root cause analysis related to data integration failures or performance issues.
  • Monitor integration performance and optimize for throughput, accuracy, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Integration Developer working with Infor Lawson Financials (S3 or CloudSuite Financials).
  • Proficiency in Infor ION, IPA, Process Automation, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Solid SQL skills and experience with database scripting, views, and stored procedures.
  • Understanding of finance and accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and procurement.
  • Experience working with data mapping, transformation, and middleware platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite Financials and cloud-to-cloud integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of Infor Landmark Technology Platform.
  • Familiarity with HL7, EDI, or healthcare-specific integration standards (if applicable).
  • Experience working in a healthcare, public sector, or nonprofit financial environment.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
