Simcorp is dedicated to evolving from a traditional enterprise software company into a technology-driven services provider, all while keeping our focus on sustained, highly profitable growth. To further support, enable, and drive this journey, we're transitioning to a horizontal delivery model, aligned to client outcomes and are now recruiting for an Agile Coach for the Value Stream Management Office to support the vision, strategy and operating principles for the value streams that will deliver the needed outcomes to our clients.

The Agile Coach for the Value Stream Management Office will use their experience to promote the mindset change and agile process understanding that will be necessary for this transformation to be successful.

As Agile Coach for the Value Stream Management Office, you will be a key member of Value Stream Management Office , reporting to the Head of Service Excellence. You will provide support to the Value Stream Team Leads and will work closely with the Value Stream Architect.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Lean Improvement Enabler, supporting value streams in identifying, visualizing, and resolving delivery constraints

  • Facilitate value stream mapping sessions, process diagnostics, and cross-functional improvement workshops.
  • Support teams in identifying and removing delivery bottlenecks, delays, and non-value-adding activities.
  • Cultivate a continuous improvement culture through embedded feedback loops and lightweight improvement practices.
  • Coach teams and leaders on Lean and Agile principles including WIP limits, flow efficiency, and pull-based work systems.
  • Enable the adoption of practices such as Kanban, inspect-and-adapt cadences, and outcome-driven planning.
  • Serve as a partner and a guide to teams evolving their ways of working toward improved agility and flow.
  • Interpret flow performance data (e.g., cycle time, throughput, blocker time) to guide team discussions and decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Reporting function to create and refine dashboards and visualizations.
  • Help teams leverage data for reflection, prioritization, and sustained improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops such as root cause analysis, problem-solving sessions, and delivery system reviews.
  • Assess the health and resilience of delivery systems and operational practices in partnership with value stream teams.
  • Document and share reusable improvement patterns, templates, and success cases across the organization.

WHAT WE VALUE

5+ years of experience in Lean, Agile, and Value Stream Management principles and practices.

  • Demonstrated agile experience with the ability to support and encourage effective teams.
  • Change tolerance and motivation to seek improvements to meet changing client needs and market opportunities
  • Solid understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and its application in large-scale Agile environments.
  • Agile Certified Professional/Expert or similar Agile certification is beneficial
  • Proficient communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of processes and a focus on enhancing efficiency
  • Ability to mobilize stakeholders and form trusting relationships in a broad organizational context
  • Great collaborative skills, highly motivated collaborator with a positive mindset.
  • Understanding of the technology industry and the fundamentals of a SaaS business

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is 126,000.00 - 189,000.00 USD. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
