The opportunity:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive transformation initiatives within our Financial Services Consulting practice.
  • This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with ideally a combination of consulting and business experience, with deep expertise in Business and Technology Transformation, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence and Target Operating Models .
  • You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact consulting engagements for leading financial institutions. Experience within the banking and insurance sectors is necessary, as well as any functional expertise within those sectors.

Day to day you will:

  • Lead and deliver complex transformation programs across banking and insurance clients and drive sustainable solutions for these clients.
  • Develop and pitch consulting solutions focused on client needs and supported by our expertise and business leading frameworks and methodologies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on operational challenges.
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative, data-driven solutions.

What you'll bring to our team:

  • Proven experience in delivering transformation within the financial services sector, ideally at a senior level through consulting services.
  • Strong track record in delivering business and technology transformation, process improvement, operational excellence and, target operating model.
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial and regulatory environment for the financial services sector and the changing horizon and technology infrastructure underpinning organisations transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in business development and proposal writing. Excellent relationship-based business development skills are essential as well as a well-established network.
  • Good knowledge of best practice both globally and locally for transformation with an ability to think strategically and a motivation to learn and connect to topical and future sector thinking.
